土生土長的香港人。曾修讀視覺藝術教育，專注於繪畫地圖。她的創作以地方觀察及研究為本。並以地圖紀錄及承傳本地的文化記憶。其創作重視「空間重構」及「記憶承傳」的概念。她主要的自創角色有「粗眉貓（白糖）」和「可悲貓（黃糖）」。該角色常作為線索出現於作品之中，隱藏著她的個人經歷及想法。​​​​​​​​​​

Based in Hong Kong, Lam Suet Ying, Lamcat studied Visual Arts education and focuses on map drawing. Her creations are based on place observation and research, using art maps to document and preserve local cultural memories. Her works focus on the concepts of "spatial reconstruction" and "memory inheritance". Her main original characters are "Browsy Cat (White Sugar)" and "Gloomy Cat (Yellow Sugar)." These characters often appear as clues in her artworks, hiding her personal experiences and thoughts.
